We're hiring: Senior Project Engineer, Mechanical (HVAC) — Tampa, FL m2e's MEP team is growing. We're looking for a licensed Mechanical PE with deep HVAC experience to lead complex projects, manage a team of engineers, and support client relationships across Florida.

What you'll do:
✓ Manage multiple projects at once, keeping them on schedule, on budget, and on scope
✓ Oversee design development, plans, specifications, and project ex*****on
✓ Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and technical staff
✓ Coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and join site visits and inspections as needed

What you'll need:
• Active FL P.E. (or an active license elsewhere, with Florida reciprocity within six months of starting)
• 10+ years of experience in construction, design, inspection, or estimating
• Strong HVAC background, with knowledge of plumbing and fire protection design
• Trane Trace or Carrier HAP load estimating experience preferred

🎢 A Fun Day of Networking at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay! 🦒

The m2e Consulting Engineers team had a fantastic time at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, joining community association managers and fellow industry partners for a day of fun, connection, and unforgettable experiences!

We know how busy budget season can be, so a special thank you to all the managers who took time out of their schedules to join us. We also appreciate our fellow vendor partners for always being willing to bring creative ideas to life—even when they involve roller coasters and giraffes! 🎉

m2e's Concrete Restoration & Design team is growing. We're looking for a Project Manager to lead restoration projects from initial assessment through construction closeout, with regular time in the field.

What you'll do:

✓ Independently manage multiple concrete restoration projects from start to closeout
✓ Perform field inspections and track repair quantities in line with the Engineer of Record's intent
✓ Review contractor pay applications and negotiate change orders to protect the client's interests
✓ Lead and mentor project engineers, inspectors, and field personnel

What you'll need:

• 4-7 years of experience in engineering, construction, inspection, or restoration
• Prior concrete restoration experience required
• PE, RA, or GC license preferred, not required
• OSHA 10, Swing Stage, PTI Unbonded Repair Level 1, or PMP a plus

✓ Serve as Engineer of Record on concrete restoration and repair projects
✓ Design repair protocols for post-tensioned and conventionally reinforced concrete
✓ Conduct field inspections, including swing stage and elevated work
✓ Collaborate with project managers and clients from design through construction
