4️⃣ Active, Hands-On Thinker: Screens are fine, but they prefer doing, exploring, testing, and understanding real physical things.
5️⃣ Team Player & Leader: They thrive when building with others, bouncing ideas around, and leading the crew to bring a project to life.
6️⃣ Loves STEM & Math: Numbers and logic aren't "boring" to them, they think math and science are genuinely cool.
Engineering doesn't start with textbooks, it starts with curiosity and a willingness to build.
