 Boccard and Kessler was contracted to replace all the structural steel under this 15 ton chiller at the Burt Reynolds Plaza office building.We started 5:00 PM on a Friday afternoon and worked through the weekend having the office building up and running by Monday morning without any interruptions for the tenants

Boccard and Kessler has completed another project here in Ft Lauderdale consisting of structural steel replacement for a 30 ton roof top AC chiller this is part of our property management service division. We have another project similar this month in Jupiter consisting of removing the AC chiller from the roof on Friday afternoon and after the building is vacated,spotting and setting up the crane,removing the AC chiller,removing all the bad structural steel replacing it with new then reinstall the chiller and have it replaced by Sunday to have the office building reopen for Mondays business as usual
