The sign of the times……Great Contractors are hard to come by.
Warning signs of a job that will never get done:
1. “ I can start this week” means either they have no work , and you will never be able to get the appropriate materials in this day and age.
2. Low price, means you are getting below grade work, not licensed and insured, or just low balling and not plan on showing up. Hence why we see so many posts of people saying contractors don’t show up. Because you let the mid to higher price contractor walk away.
3. Ask for references, any reputable contractor will have 1000’s.
4. Ask for photos they should have 1000’s
5. If you showing contractor pics of all of Cambridge exotic colors and he says no problem ….nope they are making only 3 colors due to demands.
Ps when all of the above fail , call Filiberto Brothers or make one call and be done. Remember,like anything else in this world , you get what you pay for.

We havent posted in a while due to being extremely busy, but here is a transformation for a long time customer. We have done work at her first house in 2012.
We did the backyard of this house in 2017 and just completed this front yard renovation 2021. It is customers like these who build businesses and we are grateful for them.

Today we added a Landscape slide to an existing waterfall. There will be rocks and topsoil added to this piece. A huge Japanese Red leaf maple was transplanted also.
