🏠 Exterior Transformation!

A fresh exterior can completely change the look of a home — and this one received a major upgrade from top to bottom.

We gave the exterior a cleaner, more modern look while keeping the existing brickwork as a warm accent.

✨ Upgrades included:
• New gray siding
• Crisp white soffits
• AZEK PVC trim around the windows for a clean, low-maintenance finish
• Recessed hi-hat lighting throughout the front porch
• New black 5” K-style gutters for a sharp contrast
• New electrical service and meter pan, eliminating the old exterior setup and creating a much cleaner, more finished appearance

It’s the details you don’t always notice individually that make the finished project look right. The gray, white and black combination completely updated this home while preserving its original character.

✨ Kitchen Transformation — Before & After ✨

What a difference.

We took this dated kitchen and gave it a complete refresh while creating a brighter, cleaner and much more functional space.

The transformation included new off-white shaker cabinetry, upgraded countertops, brass hardware and fixtures, new flooring, improved lighting, custom trim and crown molding, and a new island with seating.

One of my favorite details is how the cabinetry and molding were carried up toward the ceiling. It gives the entire kitchen a much more custom, built-in appearance and makes the room feel larger and more finished.

This custom entryway was designed to make everyday life a little more organized without sacrificing the finished look of the home. Crisp white millwork, picture-frame molding, warm brass hooks, a rich stained wood bench, built-in shoe storage, and overhead cubbies with woven baskets all come together for a clean, timeless finish.

This one is a true before & after! We took a dark, dated and cramped kitchen and completely transformed it into a bright, clean and functional space.

The renovation features:
• New off-white shaker cabinetry with added storage
• Quartz countertops
• Classic subway tile backsplash
• Brushed gold hardware and faucet
• Stainless steel appliances
• Custom crown molding and finished cabinetry details
• A new peninsula that adds valuable counter space, storage and opens the kitchen into the adjoining room

This bathroom went from dated and basic to a completely custom space with tons of character.

We completely transformed the room with:

• Rich green vertical tile throughout the shower
• Custom shower niche with pebble stone accents
• Coordinating pebble shower floor
• Green & white checkerboard tile flooring
• Custom fluted wood vanity with integrated stone sink
• Brushed gold plumbing fixtures and hardware
• Decorative gold mirror and vanity lighting
• Extensive custom wall molding and trim work
• Walls, trim and door finished in a deep, sophisticated green

The combination of texture, color, detailed millwork, natural wood and brushed gold completely changed the feel of this bathroom.

What a difference! This garage went from dark, dated, and cluttered to a bright, clean, highly functional space that will look great for years to come.

For this project we:
✔️ Removed the center wall to create a much more open and usable layout.
✔️ Removed the old drywall and completely updated the electrical.
✔️ Installed new LED recessed lighting for a bright, modern look.
✔️ Added new outlets where they’re actually needed.
✔️ Finished everything with clean, flat stock trim for a crisp contemporary finish.
✔️ Installed functional wall shelving to maximize storage while keeping the floor clear.

The biggest upgrade? The floor.

This isn’t a box-store epoxy paint kit. We professionally:
• Ground the concrete down to virgin concrete for maximum adhesion.
• Performed and documented moisture testing before installation.
• Installed a premium 30-year warranty epoxy flooring system designed to resist hot tires, chemicals, stains, impacts, and everyday wear.
