We have successfully completed the 2nd phase of the Southside Dental Center remodel project in Monticello, MN.

The phased approach on this project allowed the clinic to remain operational during the entire construction process and was delivered on time and within the client’s budget.

As we start the year in 2026 we are beginning to see a shift in trends as it relates to Commercial Remodeling.

Offices are beginning to have more open concept floor plans with more flexible meeting spaces and places to collaborate. With hybrid work at an all time high we are anticipating a more wellness-focused design in all areas.

What started as an old kickboxing studio is now a bright, organized, customer-ready shop for Real Sportscards in Blaine, MN

Through intentional planning and close collaboration with owner, Ryan Holland, and architect MG2 we reimagined the layout to improve traffic flow, product visibility, and the overall customer experience on this Commercial Remodel project.

From demolition and structural updates to new lighting, finishes and custom details, our team handled each phase of the remodel with precision. The result is a modern space that elevates their brand, supports their growing business, and gives collectors a place they’re excited to visit!

A complete recap from start to finish of our Commercial Concrete Slab Installation at Activar - Eden Prairie. This was an industrial slab install that was fully poured in just 12 hours and we could not have done it without our AMAZING concrete team! This slab will be the support of heavy industrial equipment for years to come, so hiring the right contractor was essential to the success and integrity of Activar’s operation.
