Our Company Thanksgiving Luncheon was such a wonderful time together! We enjoyed a great meal catered by Smoakies Catering smoakies.com, and everyone truly made the day special.

We’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on Johnny Glee, a dedicated Crane Operator at GFMCO who has been with the company for over 14 years. Johnny’s main responsibility is keeping the furnace charge car loaded, a task he takes great pride in.

He truly enjoys coming to work each day and values the camaraderie with his colleagues. Outside of work, Johnny enjoys spending time with his friends and grandchildren, and he has a passion for collecting and selling scrap.

His favorite color is brown, and when it comes to food, he’s a fan of KFC and seafood. When he’s relaxing at home, Johnny can be found eating fried peanuts and playing all kinds of music.

To Johnny, family is the most important thing in life, and he hopes
to be enjoying his retirement in the next five years. He takes immense pride in
being able to continue working at his age, and his advice to new hires is simple: "Be
ready for the heat!" Johnny’s hard work and positive attitude make him a valued
member of the GFMCO team. Thank you Johnny! 👍
