Have you seen ‘’customer charge” on your monthly electric bill and wondered what it means?

In part three of our bill breakdown series, we’re talking about the monthly customer charge you pay every month on your electric bill. So, what does it cover?

The customer charge is a flat monthly fee that helps cover CoServ’s fixed distribution costs, expenses that remain relatively constant regardless of how much energy a Member uses. These costs include services such as metering, billing, customer support, and administrative functions.

Together, these essential services help CoServ deliver the reliable, responsive service Members count on every day.

Join us at the 4th Annual Denton County Preparedness Fair on Saturday, Sept. 12, to celebrate National Preparedness Month hosted by the Denton County Office of Emergency Management!

Students at Little Elm Elementary School are enjoying a new STEM lab this year that was made possible by a CoServ Academic Project Partner (CAPP) grant.

Through this new program, CoServ purchased most of the items for the STEM lab and delivered them to the campus. The CAPP grant is open to campuses in all 23 school districts we serve.

This is the last week for the North Texas Fair and Rodeo! 🤠 CoServ is sponsoring The Birdman portion of the Fair, but be sure to stay and enjoy the entire event.

For years, we have proudly been a sponsor at the North Texas Fair and Rodeo - an event that supports youth, agriculture, and community️. These rural traditions are ingrained in CoServ's beginnings, and we're thrilled to support this annual event.

🏛️ YT is a unique experience for high school juniors interested in learning about Washington, D.C. The week-long trip includes guided tours, learning about co-ops, and seeing our government in action!
