Our linemen are headed to the International Lineman Rodeo this weekend, with both our Senior and Journeyman Teams ready to compete.

It’s a special year for our Senior Team as they take on their final rodeo together.😭 We’ll also have two more linemen representing CoServ as judges.

We couldn’t be prouder of this crew. Now let's send them some Texas-sized luck as they represent CoServ in the Midwest!❤️🍀

So, this September was HOT. 🥵 It had the highest amount of Cooling Degree Days (CDD) for any September this century.

Members should expect usage to be higher this month than at this time last year. Our average residential usage soared to 2,239 kilowatt-hours, higher than any single month – not just September – in the last three years. 😱

Visit our website to see the breakdown of September's crazy heat and get more info about CDD: CoServ.com/Weather

Now this isn't something we see often!🐴

Recently, the CoServ Charitable Foundation (CCF) awarded the nonprofit Joyful Hooves a grant to purchase books. The nonprofit travels around North Texas to various schools and libraries with Stanley and Shasta to promote literacy.

How cute?! 🥰

Don't let your juniors and seniors miss out on this opportunity! Just one more week until our Youth Tour (YT) and CoServ Scholarship applications close.

🏛️ YT is a unique experience for high school juniors interested in learning about the Capitol. The week-long trip includes guided tours, learning about co-ops, and seeing our government in action!

🎓 The CoServ Scholarship is $5,000 for high school seniors who want to continue their education in Texas, whether at a university, trade, or vocational school.

The CoServ Charitable Foundation (CCF) recently awarded a grant to local nonprofit, Hearts for Homes.

The nonprofit is paramount to low-income seniors in Denton County in need of home repairs and safety modifications. Back in 2024, a new home was funded in part by a past CCF grant after a couple needed a new home because their old one had a sinking foundation.

These grants are made possible by Members and Customers who round up their bills to the nearest dollar each month. Those cents really add up and allow CCF to give back to so many nonprofits in our service area. Thank you!❤️
