We want our Members and Customers to be aware of ⚠️scammers⚠️ impersonating us and demanding immediate payment to avoid disconnection. Some have already been affected, so we’re sharing what to watch for to help you stay informed and protected.

Please remember we do not:
- Call to demand immediate payment
- Call about a past due balance one hour before disconnection
- Ask you to pay by prepaid card, Venmo, PayPal, or other form of digital payment

We have been made aware of scammers 'spoofing' our phone number. If you suspect you're receiving a scam call, just hang up and call our number to confirm your account status: 940-321-7800. You can also log in to your SmartHub account.

We wanted to share a mid-week update on our Youth Tour (YT) teens who are in Washington, DC this week.✈️

They began the week with a short stay in Austin, checking in, getting all their YT goodies, and getting to know each other - including all of the other YT Texas teens. Now they're in our Nation's Capital, soaking up the amazing sights, learning about our government in action, and, no doubt, getting thousands of steps!👣

OK, day 4 in the Navajo Nation for our second crew of linemen! Their final day of work is tomorrow.

Today consists of the same work they were doing on day three - stringing wire, digging poles, and digging anchors. Tonight, they will be honored at an appreciation dinner hosted by the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority, joined by locals (and family members) whose homes they've helped power.

We're hoping to share another dance video tomorrow because y'all loved seeing it!
