We’re proud to recognize Kolton Jackson as our Q2 Core Values Award Winner.

Each quarter, our team nominates their peers who they feel have lived out our Core Values, and this quarter, Kolton was recognized for going Above & Beyond.

When extra responsibilities needed to be picked up, Kolton stepped in without hesitation. Alongside his normal workload, he learned new processes, took ownership of what needed done, and made sure things continued to get done right and on time.

As one teammate put it, “Kolton went above and beyond his role by stepping in wherever the team needed help.”

A lot of fall decisions start with what we’re seeing in the field right now.

Lime, manure, dry fertilizer, cover crops, next year’s seed… they’ve all been part of conversations we’re having with growers.

But before we decide what makes sense, we have to know what each field actually needs.

There isn’t one plan that fits every acre. We may not make every decision today, but now is when we start putting the plan together.

Thinking about cover crops this fall?

They can help protect soil, hold nutrients in place and keep living roots in the ground longer. And when timing gets tight, getting them applied doesn’t have to add another job to your list.

We can handle cover crop application in-house with our drones, giving us the flexibility to get seed out when the timing is right, even before the crop comes off.

What a night!

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who joined us for our Client Appreciation Night at The Legacy Venue. Great fellowship, great food, and a chance to spend time with so many of the clients and partners we’re fortunate to work alongside.

The evening included steaks from Fire & Salt Co., grilled by the Adams County Cattlemen, and live music from Drew Fry.

Most importantly, thank you to our clients for trusting us to be part of your operations. We don’t take that lightly, and nights like this are a great reminder of why we love what we get to do.

Thanks to everyone who helped make it such a great night!
