Hi friends! So first off if you follow this page you most likely know me personally or know someone that does… thanks for following.

So my company had a big meeting today going over Net Energy Metering 3.0… many of you have no idea what I am talking about here and that fine. What you should know is that if you are or have ever thought about going solar… you want to do that before 3.0 kicks in early 2022.

Right now anyone that goes solar has a grid connection fee with Edison of about $10-15 a month (if you signed up under 2.0) … if you have solar or install before 3.0 goes in, you are grandfathered in for 20yrs. Now if you install after 3.0 goes into play there will be a monthly fee of about $75-$100 a month on top of your solar payment. Your savings of going solar becomes smaller and smaller.

I have a 0 out of pocket option available that will basically get you your energy at a much cheaper price than you are paying now. Think of it as a bill swap.

Hello everyone!

If you are like me one of my resolutions this year was to save money. So I started looking at everything I spend money on... you have your extras (Starbucks, movies, gym, etc) and you have you must pays (mortgage, water bill, electric bill, cell phones). Then I have to see what I can change... 3 Frappuccino’s a week instead of 5, thanks to the pandemic no movies... then I look at mortgage/rent... I have to pay that, Water bill...not water as much... electric bill... turn a light off but am still paying an arm and a leg.

Edison has just raised rates from about 20 cents a watt to 23 cents goes up to 35 cents pending on usage and it’s only going up.

I can offer a simple bill switch that will give your home a free solar system and installation that is guaranteed production. NOTHING OUT OF POCKET If your home qualifies. Then I can lock you in at a rate lower than the lowest price of Edison. And boom that saves you 20-60% on your electric budget.

I’m telling you meet with me, if it doesn’t work for you that’s fine no hard feelings... but don’t just settle for paying that higher price. Don’t just throw that money away.
