This homeowner in Eastvale found us through The Switch Is On - and we were able to help him lock in a brand-new heat pump system with $11,000 in combined rebates.

To quality, the existing gas furnace and AC were removed, the gas line was safely capped, and a high-efficiency, variable-speed heat pump system was installed.

Heat pumps are:
• Extremely efficient
• Very quiet
• All-electric
• Backed by 10-year parts warranties

We showed up for a furnace that was running on and off. The homeowner already tried changing the thermostat but nothing helped. Once we got into the attic we understood why.

His AC was replaced a few years ago by another company. Later he had a whole house fan installed.
Neither company mentioned the massive issues with his ductwork.

The whole house fan installers cut a tiny attic access. There was no catwalk. The ductwork was crushed, split open, leaking everywhere, and the return was undersized and not sealed. The blower was packed with dirt. Trash from the last install was still up there. The drains were not to code. No permits. Total mess.

The furnace did have a bad control board, but repairing that alone would not fix any of the real problems. His electric bills were sky high and his rooms were uncomfortable. So we talked about doing the entire system the right way.

He chose our top option. Two stage furnace. Full R8 duct system. Aprilaire filtration. New registers. New catwalk and platform. New plenums and dampers.
Basically a full redesign.

Our team spent three days transforming the attic.
Now every room gets clean air and the system can finally perform. We added our rewards plan so we can keep it maintained and efficient long term.
We charged $20,000 for this project, which looking back, maybe we underbid this a bit. But the results speak for themselves, and we are extremely pleased with the results.

This is the difference between companies who just sell the cheapest thing and companies who actually care about long term comfort, efficiency, and doing things right.

We got called out for a strange smell coming from a system… and found the culprit fast. This 2020 new-construction install had some code issues and a nasty case of coil growth that was stinking up the entire home.

After showing the homeowner pictures and giving them six options from permanent solutions down to basic cleaning, they chose our economy package to fix the code issues, clean the coil, and stop the growth from coming back.

We came back the next day and went to work.
We used Decon7 (99.9999 percent kill rate) to eliminate all growth and treated the entire system with Envirocon antimicrobial fogging to fully disinfect the furnace and air distribution system.

We also:
– Brought the drain lines up to code
– Added a cleanout for easy future service
– Installed a condensation float switch for attic protection
– Added a UVC LED light at the coil to prevent future growth

We’re covering everything for a full year and will be back twice for service and upkeep to make sure that growth stays gone.

The home now smells clean and fresh with a hint of lemon, and the client can finally breathe easy again.

We had the honor of helping a couple who both served in the USMC upgrade their HVAC setup. Their upstairs system was replaced a few years back, and they were ready to bring the downstairs system up to the same level.

To keep everything matching, we installed the same brand system they already had and added a new return plenum, Aprilaire filter rack, and supply plenum to improve airflow and comfort.

We also upgraded their upstairs system with a new Aprilaire filter rack and the newest Nest thermostat so both systems work and look the same. A few adjustments were made upstairs too: added dampers to help balance temps and swapped a supply grill for a curved-blade style so air wouldn’t blow directly on their grandkids.

Start to finish — including all the extras — the entire project took just a day and a half.

Another home dialed in and Aced It! ✔️🔥❄️
