K5 Mechanical LLC is hiring for a Customer Service Representative!!
We are a small family owned and operated business looking to add to our growing team. We handle residential and commercial HVAC. We are looking to add 1 full-time dispatcher/CSR. Since we are a small business, we are unable to offer insurance at this time. Please do not apply if you must have insurance. Full-time is 40 hours a week. We are open M-F 8:00-5:00.

Skills Required:
- Do you have at least two years’ experience as a dispatcher/office assistant in the service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Pest Control, Etc.)?
-Do you love to help others? We are here to serve our customers and make sure they have a pleasant experience!
-Can you cheerfully and clearly communicate with clients?
-Do you have the ability of multi-tasking and able to prioritize service calls based on the available resources and urgency?
-Do you know how to route calls for ease of travel for technicians?
-Are you familiar with Corpus Christi and the surrounding counties roads?
-Required computer skills include but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficient grammar and spelling
- Drug free, clean background, and professional appearance
- Outstanding personality and phone etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the telephone, schedule and organize our field staff’s dispatches.
Calling to confirm all appointments.
Make follow-up calls after services are performed to ensure we exceeded the clients expectations.
Logistics coordination including making sure any needed materials are picked up and returned before and after jobs are started/completed.
Knowing where our field staff is at all times and making sure they arrive on time and that no one is left behind at the end of the day.
Making sure the service technicians complete all calls and upload pictures and notes.
Keeping a system of follow-up for customers that need additional work, received an estimate, ect.
Selling maintenance agreements
Scheduling maintenance visits
Assisting with parts ordering
Registering Equipment
Pulling Permits when needed
Learn basic knowledge about HVAC Systems
