Rock Engineering & Testing Laboratory Texas Corporation established March 16, 1998, founded by Roetta and Mark Rock with offices in Corpus Rock Engineering and Testing Laboratory, Inc.

(RETL) is the Coastal Bend's only locally owned and headquartered Engineering Laboratory, and currently the largest. Services include Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Engineering, as well as Geotechnical and Environmental Drilling services. RETL clients range from Private Developers, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Municipalities and Government Agencies.
