The projects, called HUGs through it's original Texas development ( JOT: Jobs of Tomorrow) is meant to serve as an EOE as well as target members of the public who have experienced historical unemployment. Excel Marketing-Texas designed the job creation initiative and upon introducing the project to both former Presidents George W. Bush and President Barack Obama, the company President, Michelle Crawford-Sapenter, furthered the operations by opening the HUGs venture to welcome other business owners who will partner with Excel MarketingTexas as subsidiaries and be equipped to provide employment as an extension of the national aid to the unemployed in America effort.
