We are targeting 1,000 people who will contribute $100 dollars and paint their mustache pink or women can attach a pink strand to their hair.. The American Cancer Society, the Nueces County Medical Society, Radiology Associates and the Thomas-Spann Clinic are sponsoring the "Pink Mustache for Josie" campaign to help provide solidarity for those who have breast cancer. The goal is to have 1,000 men

(yes, there has been some interest from the ladies also) to tint their mustaches pink on October 12, 2012. For the privilege of temporarily tinting their mustaches pink, it is asked that participants make a donation of $100 to the American Cancer Society. The goal is to raise $100,000 through this effort, to support the American Cancer Society. For your $100 donation, a "Pink Mustache for Josie" button will be forwarded to you, along with a list of locations where you can get your mustache temporarily tinted pink. We ask that you wear the button on October 12, 2012, along with your pink mustache to show your support of this campaign. The funds raised through the "Pink Mustache for Josie Campaign" will go towards the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer fundraising efforts. Ladies may also participate by making the $100 donation and having a pink strand attached to their hair at participating salons.
