Today we celebrate an incredible career and even more incredible person!
After 33.5 years of dedicated service, Nicole Waugh has officially retired from Davis Cartage Co.
Nicole began her journey with us on November 23, 1992, and over the years grew into the role of Supervisor of Customer Service leading a team of 4-5 employees while managing key accounts and serving as a vital link between Operations, Sales, Accounting and Customer Service Departments. She also served as the administrator for our dispatching software programs and played a role in new driver orientations as well as taking weekend on call responsibilities whenever needed.
Throughout her career, Nicole built countless strong relationships with customers, drivers, and coworkers alike. Her dedication, loyalty, professionalism and dependability have left a lasting impact on our company and the people she worked alongside every day.
To say Nicole will be missed is truly an understatement. Her leadership, knowledge and integrity have helped shape our success for more than three decades and her contributions will continue to be felt long after her retirement.

Nicole, thank you for your 33.5 years of service, your unwavering commitment, and the example you have set for all of us.
We wish you nothing but happiness, good health, relaxation and exciting new adventures in this next chapter of life.
