For Brian, that means walking the site, understanding the challenges, and building a plan that sets the project up for success. As part of J&J’s estimating team for the past nine years, he’s worked on everything from demolition and residential projects to Forest Service and state contracts.

One of J&J’s biggest strengths is being able to take a project from demolition through site preparation, creating a seamless transition from one phase to the next. That experience helps clients keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

Some projects leave a lasting impact long after the equipment is gone.

The Grand Creek Restoration Project was one of those jobs. Working alongside StreamWorks, our team handled the mass excavation, moving nearly 87,000 cubic yards of material to prepare the site for the next phase of restoration.

While StreamWorks focused on restoring the creek itself, our crews performed the excavation and site work that made it possible. It’s the kind of coordination and planning that happens behind the scenes but is essential to getting a project like this done right.

Projects like these take experienced people, the right equipment, and a team committed to doing quality work from start to finish. Seeing the finished result and knowing it supports future growth in the community makes every load worth it.
