Middleton Heating & Sheet Metal, Inc. is an established HVAC company looking for a full-time installer (retro-fit/ some new) This position is for year round work. Projects are throughout the Willamette Valley.

Requirements for this position:

Must have pride in your work!
Must have a clean driving record
Must have necessary hand tools
Must have 3 years minimum experience with residential HVAC systems
Must be well groomed and have neat appearance with good communication skills
Ability to run gas lines, install ductwork, flues, fireplaces and various types of heating & cooling equipment.

All installs are team based (2 + people).

Salary range will depend on experience. Top wages paid hourly.

This position is not commissioned, so it keeps things fair for our customers and employees.

Vacation time, sick days, 401k, Medical, Holiday etc after probationary period

Position is open immediately!!
