Outdoor areas are often overlooked when it comes to home improvements, but the right tile can completely change how you use and enjoy a space.

This customer’s previous porch had some unfortunate rot and was ready for an update. We helped transform it into a space that is not only more attractive, but also safer and more functional.

They chose an anti-slip tile to provide better traction during Oregon’s wet, rainy days. We installed a Schluter stair tread with the tile for an added layer of safety, then finished the edges of the porch and even the post with matching Schluter-RONDEC trim. (Did you notice the post was tiled too?)

And a porch is just one option! Tile can be used in so many outdoor spaces, including:

• Covered porches and entryways
• Patios and outdoor living areas
• Steps and stairways
• Outdoor kitchens
• Pool and spa areas
• Walkways and transitions

We really enjoyed helping this customer bring their primary bathroom into the current decade! What was once an old fiberglass shower is now a beautiful, custom-tiled walk-in shower.

The textured tile really makes this shower shine, while the custom shaving ledge, custom double niches, and custom tile-in drain grate add both style and functionality. It’s the little details that help turn a standard shower into a space that feels thoughtfully designed just for you.

One of the best parts of what we do isn't just installing tile—it's getting to know the amazing people who invite us into their homes.

This project was especially meaningful because we had the opportunity to remodel both bathrooms for this wonderful homeowner. It was such a pleasure getting to know them and to help bring their vision to life. They did an incredible job selecting their tile and thoughtfully planning each layout, creating two beautiful spaces that each have their own unique personality.

The hall bathroom pays tribute to the home's original mid-century modern style with a bold patterned floor tile that makes a statement while perfectly complementing the original vanity and the new tiled tub surround. The tile layout for the tub surround was also installed in the primary bathroom—creating consistency between the two spaces.
In the primary bathroom, the design takes on a more modern feel. The wall tile layout continues seamlessly into the shower, creating a clean, continuous look. A concrete-inspired floor tile extends onto the shower floor and curb for a cohesive design, while a copper-toned Schluter trim around the niche adds the perfect finishing touch, beautifully picking up the warm rose hues in the tile.
