Today we completed this shower-to-tub transformation! We removed all of the old tile, repaired drywall damaged by mold, re-tiled the entire area, added a new tub, and finished it off with new vinyl plank flooring. A fresh, clean upgrade from start to finish! See the before-and-after pics below.

Another garden tub to tub/tile shower transformation complete! This one was unique — we used a 2x4 tile layout and custom pattern, and when we couldn’t find an exact match for the existing floor tile, we thought outside the box. Instead of settling, we salvaged tiles from the old garden tub surround and repurposed them for the floor repair. The result? A seamless match the customer absolutely loved. New outdoor area we built with two new hanging egg shaped chairs and fire pit area. We also built an 28x16 new deck with hog wire panels, sauna we built, and hot tub. Removed a fiberglass surround and replaced with a full Schluter tile shower with large niche, bench, knee wall, decorative band, and multiple grab bars. Shower with a chest high wall and bench, couldnt get right lighting so photos are all aweful thanks to my camera phone's refusal to focus on red hues. Photos right after grout are bleached out due to led's. Took the first photos listed on a return back to client's home for other work, shows the red hue better but still blurred thanks to my phone. One of these days I'll get a better camera for finish photos but for now yall get camera phone pics 😅

There is two tub showers and two stall showers with pans, I didn't post duplicates 😅 don't know why my only photo of the second shower is just one wall but the next photo is that shower before grout atleast.
