One of the McWane Way principles revolves around Excellence and one of the value statements is that “We invest time, energy and resources to get better.” Over the past few weeks, this principle has been put into action as we hosted over 20 manufacturer representatives from across the country in Ohio and Utah to spend a few days training on our product. While most of the time was spent on building a better understanding of our product, we also had an opportunity to strengthen the relationships between McWane and our rep partners. Thanks to everyone who attended!

We were glad to welcome the Raft River Electrical Cooperative team to our plant in March. During their visit, they got an inside look at our manufacturing process and saw what goes into producing durable, high-performance poles. It was a great opportunity to share knowledge, answer questions, and exchange insights. We also provided a drilling demo, highlighting the right tools and techniques to get the job done efficiently and safely. Thanks again for the great visit!

We’ve recently updated our product brochure to reflect the latest in performance, standards, and design.

The updated materials highlight key advantages of our ductile iron utility poles, including a 100+ year service life, compliance with ASTM A1133, and our engineered peen pattern, which adds surface texture allowing for a strong bond between the factory applied embedment coating and the iron wall.

It’s all part of our commitment to providing solutions that meet the evolving needs of today’s utility infrastructure.

In January, our sales and operations teams came together in Provo for our annual planning meeting. It was a great opportunity to strengthen collaboration, align on priorities, and identify new ways to grow and improve.

We returned to Provo in February to connect with the team at Energy Reps, where we toured their facility and explored how to build on our shared success. Just as important, we spent time reinforcing the relationships that drive our partnership forward.
