This customer is trying to save their framing on their deck refinish. We take the time to carefully remove every screw to prevent any unnecessary splitting in the deck framing! During the estimating process we provide an option to reframe so if we discover the framing can not be saved the customer already knows the added cost. More to come!

Ran into a little water damage on this one. We were able to remove the damaged pieces and replace some insulation that had been effected by the water intrusion. With some flashing tape, house wrap and sealant, the new window is installed with house wrap, tape and sealant to prevent future issues!

So thankful to have such great customers to have worked with! Here is some responses a customer provided when I asked them to be a reference for us. They decided to share it with me when they had no obligation to. We just completed our fourth project for Dave and Ann today (roof replacement) with our fifth project with them starting on Tuesday (seamless gutters, downspouts and leaf guards).
