In case you thought we only built big custom homes, here’s the sweetest and most beautiful tiny cabin we finished up in Stites! Gorgeous blue pine ceiling and custom cabinets and countertops really made this place pop! Along with the tiny house we finished up a gazebo as well!! So much you can do that goes such a long ways!🤩🏡🔨

Update on the Cottonwood home (p.s. it’s going to be for sale when it’s done😍)! We have Water & Sewer hooked up, floors are being installed (VERY dusty right now but looking great!), and driveway is poured and beautiful!! We are full steam ahead!! What do we think?!🤩🤩🤩

🧐Side note: not sure what the straw outside the house is for?? We take a lot of pride in our work and we want to keep a clean workspace- in this crazy spring/half-winter surprise and rainy weather, we spread straw around the house to make sure we have a clean and quality job site! Just another way Roy Construction thinks of the little quality details so you don’t have to!🌾🏡🤩
