en working alongside his father Chad Newton, or Chad Newton Construction Inc. He applauds and graciously give testament to his father for all of his training over the years. From there Tristan went to join the concrete trades. Starting out as a mixer truck driver and then five short years later; having shown his diligent work ethic and determination to reach for bigger and better things, worked his way into a fabricator in the ready-mix plants, then finishing his concrete career out as a pump truck driver/operator for Brundage Bone Concrete Pumping. It was then he decided it was time to chase his dreams of owning his own business as a General Contractor, as he missed his ability to build things with his own hands. So, with no more than $1000 to their names, he started the now 3-year-old business TNC Construction. Where we specialize in decks, patio covers, fencing, doors/windows, and siding. We do offer remodeling services, though that is no longer our primary focus. Emily, the wife and project manager of TNC, comes to you with some great background in construction as well. Growing up with a grandfather who was a GC and a father who was a well-known framer/carpenter in the Ridgefield/Battle Ground area for many years; she learned a lot over the years with those two guiding her. She went from wrenching on cars, working in a sawmill; to them becoming the office manager at a prestigious commercial contacting company Daybreak Construction, where she oversaw all traffic control operations. In those four years. she learned a lot about the ins and outs of business, especially pertaining to construction business ownership. It was when Emily and Tristan put their two minds together, they soon became able to build on a foundation for success. This is when the blossoms began to show with their dream. In the last three years, TNC has been through an immense number of growing pains and with that came more of a foundation to continue to build on. We are now partnered with a wonderful and impressive GC Dagmar Construction, as their lead deck builder. With Dagmar Construction LLC's help, TNC is on track to make the switch to an LLC and grow even more that the expected for 2024! Every project, every time. That is the promise of TNC.
