My apologies for not posting in almost three months. It's been a long cold winter here in the NEK.
My intention when I first started this page was first and foremost to Glorfy God for all that he has done for me and all that he provides. Although I have thanked him in nearly every post, I think I may have lost sight of my original goal of giving him all the Glory. Without God and the talents he has given me, I would be nothing.
So thank you God for everything..
After a late start on the new house build, it has been a challenging winter. With lots of cold fingers and toes for everyone as well as lots of shoveling of snow to keep things moving along. We do finally have everything dried in and insulated. Electrical and plumbing are roughed in as well. Thanks to Mit Lyman of ML and sons electrical. And Todd Harbison of NEK'D plumbing and heating.
Also thanks to Paul Riendeau of Performance Sprayfoam.
We also did a few other small jobs this winter as well. A handicap ramp to complete the commercial renovation we did in Newport. Thank you Dino
We also did a basement insulation and drywall repair job in Albany. Thank you Jon and Lindsay
We also did a small bathroom remodel in Derby which i completely forgot to take pictures of. Thanks Sean and Deb
Most recently we did a Bathroom remodel in Morgan. Thank you JP and Jessica
Also would like to thank my help Seth Brosseau and Lance Cleveland for all their hard work.
A big thanks also to Keone Maher and the crew from Old School Builders for all their help on the house project.
And last but not least thanks to my wife Tammy Lee Brosseau for putting up with me, taking care of me and comforting me when I had to put my Bella girl to sleep.

How time flys when you are busy. Can't believe two months have passed since my last post. In that time we finished framing the garage and entryway at the new house build. Got the sheathing on the roof and ice and water shield before the snow started. We put that project on hold while waiting for the Post and Beam portion of the house to be cut by Old School Builders. Today while working alongside Old School Builders we erected the Post and Beam frame. What a day!!
Meanwhile we have been pre fabricating the exterior walls at my shop and loaded on my trailer. We will put those up in the next few days. We have also cut all the rafters and collar ties at my shop. Those will be going up soon. We also had a few other projects in the works as well. We wrapped up our commercial remodel in Newport last week. Also did a high drywall job in Island Pond along with taping sanding, priming and painting. Oh and we found time to do some custom bookshelves for a repeat client. Thanks Brian. And thanks to Patrick and Bri, and Kevin McGrath and Dino for the commercial remodel job. And especially to Keone for allowing us to build this beautiful new home. And to my crew, Seth Brosseau and Lance Cleveland for all their hard work. And also to my God for always providing in during the trials he is always good!! And to my wife for putting up with all the long hours and sleepless nights when I am stressed..

Well it's been a couple weeks since my last post. God has blessed us with some spectacular weather this fall..we finished up the first phase of the commercial job in Newport. Trimmed out the windows, added a door to connect the space to the existing business. New baseboard and base cap. We also moved to the section of commercial space in the same building to do more demo, new subfloor throughout as well as framing a new handicap bathroom and a bunch of drywall repairs
We also completed the kitchen and flooring job in Barton. With custom butcher block counter tops, and a new sink and range hood. Also did 600 sf of LVP flooring with new baseboard throughout.
Got some work done on my house as well, starting to close in the bottom exterior on the new footing we poured.
The biggest news is we finally started the new house build in Newport Ctr.
Thanks to Keone Maher of Old School Builders for entrusting us to subcontract this beautifully designed home. Thanks also to Patrick and Bri for allowing us to do this build..thanks also to Barton Chambers Apartments for the work they provided. And thanks Dino for continuing to use True North Building and Remodeling for your commercial property projects.. as always thanks to my help Seth Brosseau and Lance Cleveland for there hard work..and I can't thank God enough for all he does for my wife and I.
We are truly blessed beyond anything we deserve..God is Good all the time.

Oh what an Awesome God we serve!
We have been blessed with some beautiful weather for outdoor projects this summer. We have been quite busy as usual. We hung a bunch of drywall at the commercial space job in Newport. Got it all taped and muddled and sanded. Customer hired a painter to do the painting. We also put in new windows in the space as well as installing the suspended ceiling grid.My crew installed the vinyl plank flooring while I took a day off to go Deep sea fishing with a group of friends and business associates..Thanks Bill and Kurt for the experience..
We are also busy working on a kitchen and flooring job for the Barton Chambers Apartments. Thank you Mellisa and rew for the opportunity. Last post I said we had wrapped up the siding and trim job in St. Johnsbury, but the homeowner decided to replace the remaining few windows that were not previously done, as well as a new matching storm door.
I believe we are done there for real this time. Thanks again Mike.
Also we finally got to install the final missing cabinet at the Irasburg kitchen/ bathroom remodel. Thanks again to Steve and Amy.
Also on the list is new drainage and concrete footing at my house. Hoping to get this closed in before the cooler weather settles in. Thanks also to my crew, Seth Brosseau and Lance Cleveland. I couldn't do it without you. Thanks for allowing me a day off to go fishing, praying I get a lot more fishing days in the future..God Bless all..

Well can't believe it's been a month since posting. We've been busy as usual. We wrapped up the siding and trim job in St Johnsbury. Quite a transformation ..love the color choices. We have also been working on a commercial space in Newport, doing demo and now starting to put things back together. I have also been doing a drywall taping job at church in the evenings after work. Wrapped that up this week as well. Thank you Lord for blessing us with so much work and such great clients..Thanks to Mike and Dino we appreciate all the repeat business. And thanks to my crew, Seth Brosseau and Lance Cleveland

Thank you Lord for all your blessings. We have been busy continuing the St. Johnsbury siding job. Got the front done and have moved on to the third side.
We also returned to the Irasburg kitchen/bathroom job to install kitchen cabinets and custom butcher block counter tops
The cabinets that were delivered earlier were damaged during shipping and had to be replaced. We are still missing one top cabinet as the cabinet company made a mistake and made one upper cabinet too big., and so we wait again...
The biggest blessing is because of the abundance of work that God has provided, i decided it was time to purchase a 45'
4WD manlift. I am very excited to start using this machine and hope it eases the aches and pains of climbing ladders and staging. I am guessing the crew will appreciate it as well, as we continue to reach new heights at True North Building and Remodeling..thanks also to my clients Mike and also Steve and Amy.
And thanks to my help Seth Brosseau and Lance Cleveland

Well, it's been a busy few weeks since I have posted anything..We wrapped up the porch roof collapse job in Orleans. Built two new smaller porches, replaced 6 windows, new siding, fixed a bunch of rotted trim and repainted the trim. We also replaced some rotten deck boards and stairs on axthird porch.
We have also gotten one end of the St. Johnsbury house sided with new vinyl siding as well as new soffit and fascia and window trim.
We also completed the Glover trailer job.
Added 4 new windows, replaced all the door locks, repaired some exterior steps and did a bunch of insulating underneath..
We have not completed the Irasburg kitchen/bathroom remodel yet. We had an issue with damaged cabinets and had to have some sent back. Been waiting several weeks for those.
All this while trying to move..as we have officially closed on our property..No more flooding for us, God willing.
As always we thank God for all he provides. We thank our clients, Brian,
John, Mike, and Steve and Amy.
We are truly blessed !

Thanking God again for all the work he has provided. Once again we have several jobs going at the same time. Since I last posted we finished up the handrail job in Newport. We started a kitchen/ bathroom/laundry remodel in Irasburg. We also did some renovations at Green Mountain Horizons in Newport Ctr.
Also on the list, we started removing siding on a house in St Johnsbury in preparation for new siding and trim.
And let's not forget the demolition and cleanup of a porch roof collapse in Orleans in preparation for new siding windows and two smaller porches with roofs..Also welcomed my son in law Lance Cleveland as an independent subcontractor to our team. Thanks Seth Brosseau and Lance Cleveland for all the hard work. Thanks also to clients Tina and Rick. Steve and Amy, Mike, and Brian.
