As we approach the final stages of this beautiful custom home in Tiverton, Rhode Island, we find ourselves reflecting on the incredible journey that brought us here.

Every home begins as something more than drawings on paper. It begins as a vision, a conversation, an idea, a dream of what a space can become. Our clients came to us with their hopes and inspirations for a home that would be uniquely theirs, and it was an absolute honor to be entrusted with bringing that vision to reality.

Through the incredible talent and creativity of the amazing Melissa Hutchinson of MH Architect, LLC, the vision was transformed into a thoughtful and timeless design. Her attention to detail, architectural creativity, and ability to capture the heart of what the clients wanted created the foundation for something truly special.

From the first stages of construction to these final finishing touches, our team has poured dedication, craftsmanship, and pride into every detail. From the exterior character and coastal-inspired design to the custom interior millwork, built-ins, fireplace surrounds, and architectural elements throughout the home, every piece has been carefully crafted with purpose.

Building a custom home is never just about materials and construction. It is about relationships, trust, teamwork, and creating a place where memories will be made for generations.

Sometimes, in order to begin a new journey, you have to tear down the past.

Today marks the beginning of something truly special for Fontaine Brothers & Associates, Inc.

After months of planning, collaboration, and preparation, we are officially starting the transformation of this incredible coastal property here in beautiful Rhode Island. The structure that once stood here served its purpose, held memories, and was part of this home's story, but now, it makes way for something new.

A new vision.
A new chapter.
A new home built with intention, craftsmanship, and pride.

As builders, we understand that demolition is not simply about tearing something down. It is about creating the foundation for what comes next. It is about respecting the past while building toward the future.

Dear Mothers,

On behalf of all of us at the Fontaine Family, we want to take a moment to wish you a truly meaningful and joyful Mother’s Day.

Today is about honoring the women who give so much of themselves every single day — through their strength, love, guidance, patience, and sacrifice. Mothers are the foundation of families, the heart of the home, and often the quiet source of encouragement that helps hold everything together.

As a family-built company, we understand the value of hard work, commitment, and caring for the people around us. So much of what we believe in was first taught to us by the mothers and strong women in our lives. Their example continues to shape who we are, both personally and professionally.

To all the mothers, grandmothers, wives, daughters, and mother figures — thank you for all that you do, often without recognition. Your impact reaches far beyond what words can express. To my mother, Sandra Fontaine you have always put your heart and soul into me, my brother's and this family, never putting yourself first. We love you. And especially to my incredible and beautiful wife, Meagan Fontaine. Meagan, your are everything and more a man could ever hope for in a wife. You're the most amazing woman and mother to our children, and we are beyond blessed to share this life with you. In church this morning, the pastor brought up Proverbs 31:10 "“Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.” you're more valued and cherished than you could ever know. None of this is possible without you. We love you and happy mother's day!

At Fontaine Brothers & Associates, Inc., framing isn’t just a phase of construction — it’s the foundation of everything we stand for.

Our roots as a company were built in custom home framing. Long before we grew into full-scale general contracting, we spent over two decades perfecting the craft of carpentry — learning every detail of structure, strength, and precision that goes into building a home the right way.

That experience has never left us. In fact, it’s one of our greatest strengths.
