Dear Mothers,

On behalf of all of us at the Fontaine Family, we want to take a moment to wish you a truly meaningful and joyful Mother’s Day.

Today is about honoring the women who give so much of themselves every single day — through their strength, love, guidance, patience, and sacrifice. Mothers are the foundation of families, the heart of the home, and often the quiet source of encouragement that helps hold everything together.

As a family-built company, we understand the value of hard work, commitment, and caring for the people around us. So much of what we believe in was first taught to us by the mothers and strong women in our lives. Their example continues to shape who we are, both personally and professionally.

To all the mothers, grandmothers, wives, daughters, and mother figures — thank you for all that you do, often without recognition. Your impact reaches far beyond what words can express. To my mother, Sandra Fontaine you have always put your heart and soul into me, my brother's and this family, never putting yourself first. We love you. And especially to my incredible and beautiful wife, Meagan Fontaine. Meagan, your are everything and more a man could ever hope for in a wife. You're the most amazing woman and mother to our children, and we are beyond blessed to share this life with you. In church this morning, the pastor brought up Proverbs 31:10 "“Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.” you're more valued and cherished than you could ever know. None of this is possible without you. We love you and happy mother's day!

We hope today brings you time with loved ones, moments of peace and appreciation, and the reminder that you are deeply valued.

At Fontaine Brothers & Associates, Inc., framing isn’t just a phase of construction — it’s the foundation of everything we stand for.

Our roots as a company were built in custom home framing. Long before we grew into full-scale general contracting, we spent over two decades perfecting the craft of carpentry — learning every detail of structure, strength, and precision that goes into building a home the right way.

That experience has never left us. In fact, it’s one of our greatest strengths.

We believe a deep understanding of framing and a building’s structural integrity is one of the most crucial elements of any successful project. It’s what ensures longevity, quality, and confidence in every home we deliver. While finishes may catch the eye, it’s the framing that truly defines the integrity of the build.

So incredibly grateful for everyone who came out to celebrate with us at the Fontaine Brothers & Associates, Inc. Company & Family Christmas Party!! Thank you for the love, support, laughter, and fellowship. We are deeply thankful for the encouragement and trust we’ve received over the past 12 years of business—it truly means more than words can express.

To my mom and dad: Sandra Fontaine and Peter Fontaine Sr. thank you for your unwavering support, guidance, and example in life. Everything I am is rooted in what you poured into me. God made you my parents and I am so very thankful and grateful for that.

To Grandma Paulette Jencks: You're the toughest and yet most kind human I have ever known. You have taught me the most amazing lessons in life, those of giving, generosity, and sacrifice. For many years you were the thing that kept this family going and I will never forget all you have done and I am forever grateful for you 💛

We are excited to share the finished product of our project located on the coast of North Kingstown, RI! We transformed this property into a luxurious Rhode Island, coastal home. What started with a revetment of 300' along the Ocean side of the property, and then a challenging and efficient, 400 ton soil remediation, we were able to demolish the existing structure and begin to prepare to build our clients their dream home! Fontaine Brothers & Associates, Inc., provided on-site staff that worked throughout the project in numerous capacities. From construction management to assisting with design and CAD drawings, our team was able to provide the support the project needed. We take great pride in delivering the best results we can and tasking ourselves with constant improvement and growth. With each project we complete, we take many amazing lessons with us and build on our skills and performance. We are thankful that not only this client, but all of our clients, put their faith in us to deliver their dream home. Just a Little Makes a BIG Difference: for many Rhode Island homes, it is not always necessary to aim for big projects that will rack up the dollars real quickly. A small addition can oftentimes be the answer to achieve the added space. This project, located in Coventry, RI, utilized the space where an old and deteriorating deck used to be. An addition of 15' x 15' was added (approximately 225 sq ft) in the place of the old deck. The new space serves as a formal dinning room for the growing family and guests. By keeping the slab beneath and building the addition on footings and posts opposed to foundation walls, money was saved and space was sufficiently added. This project did not break the bank, but it was a BIG difference maker in terms of living space for this growing family!

Transformation: transforming existing spaces and evolving them into beautiful and usable living space is a key skill to have as a builder. Many clients aim to utilize unfinished and unused spaces as their families grow and their need for more space increases. It does not always require invasive work such as, additions or gut jobs, sometimes, a major improvement could be done in the basement or even attic space. The pictures seen here are from a beautiful basement project we completed in 2024 located in the Snug Harbor region. You can see the major transformation of open and unfinished space to beautiful and usable living space for their growing family. These particular clients were grandparents and wanted to have the space to host their children and grandchildren. With a little thought and imagination, we worked to make that a reality.
