Palisades Facebook Comment and Posting Policy
Palisades encourages and welcomes participation. We have instituted the following policy in an effort to maintain respectful interaction:
- All viewpoints are welcome, but user-submitted comments should remain relevant.
- Attacks of any kind, profanity, and aggressive behavior are prohibited.
- No spam, advertising, or promoting of products/services.
This includes repeated posts of identical or very similar content in a counter-productive manner. Content will be deleted, and users may be permanently blocked from the page, if it contains:
- Unfair/unsubstantiated partisan political views.
- Commercial endorsements.
- Defamatory, discriminatory, racist, offensive, obscene, inflammatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable statements, language, or content.
- Personally identifiable information. This refers to information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual's identity, either alone or when combined with other personal or identifying information that is linked or linkable to a specific individual. User-submitted content (including comments, updates, photos, and videos) do not necessarily represent the views of Palisades. We reserve the right to alter this policy and to block or delete offenders of this policy. Records will be kept of all posts and comments.
