OTC got its start in 2007 with a focus on assisting operators in the Gulf of Mexico with cost effective means for evaluating metal loss on vessels and structural components. In 2010, we identified the need to assist operators and contractors with mock regulatory inspections for both their drilling and production operations. Offshore Technical Compliance is rapidly positioning itself as the global

offshore industry’s leader in supplying compliance related services. We provide specialized Regulatory and Compliance Inspection Services, Crew Competency Assessments and Training, HSE-Q personnel, Mechanical Integrity Assessments, Offshore BOP Test Verification, International Regulatory Compliance Assurance, and Consulting Services. Our team of past MMS/BSEE/USCG inspectors, petroleum engineers, and HSE-Q specialists have the industry knowledge to keep your organization compliant and operating safely. Brian has been part of the OTC team since October 2015, joining with Class 1 at the launch of Greenlight Digital Pressure Testing in the field. He brings years of offshore experience to his role, helping ensure operations are performed safely, efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.

What does Brian enjoy most about his role? Working alongside different crews, solving problems in the field and using his experience to help protect both personnel and operations. For Brian, knowing the work is done safely and correctly makes every project rewarding.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors. It's his favorite way to relax, recharge and enjoy hobbies he's been passionate about for many years.
