Cozad Services, Inc. is looking for an HVAC Technician/Helper

Job Description:
Design and install HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.
Maintain and repair existing HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently.
Troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
Perform appliance repair related to HVAC equipment as needed.
Weld components as required for system installations or repairs.
Build and modify ductwork to improve airflow and system efficiency.
Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.

Experience:
Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
Familiarity with design principles related to heating and cooling systems.
Ability to work with various tools and equipment related to HVAC services.
Experience with refrigeration systems and appliance repair is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Certification or training in HVAC technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
