Hello I own Done Right Construction and we are looking for another company to sub contract from. We currently get some work from serve pro in Richmond, but they aren’t keeping us busy enough. If you’re looking for someone to complete projects, with quality work, drug free and professional personnel, give me a message and let’s strike a deal. These days are so strange to me, hard to find good help yet we are so eager to stay busy, and yet work is hard to find consistently. I’ve got 15+ years experience, truck, tools, and crew. We are looking to hire an individual for the position of “general laborer “ which means we do a wide variety of different tasks daily. One day it’s framing one day it’s tile. We handle some projects in house, some is sub contracted through serve pro. Pay will be based on experience which has to be proven to me by showing me what you can do. At first we will pay $100 a day on a” trial” basis, to see if it’s going to work out. Once established we will negotiate your pay. I’ll pay piece work for things like tile or flooring. Experience: preferred but not required. We will teach you how to do it right the first time!.
Availability: need someone pretty soon. Like yesterday.
Description: General laborer needed , to perform whatever duties are needed not limited to: deck building/fencing/tile/ LVP flooring/ general carpentry/ clean up onsite/ drywall/painting, and much much more! We handle many different types of residential/ light commercial projects, some in house and some sub contracted. Reliable transportation is required. We can’t pick you up and drop you off every day. Mon thru fri 8-5

Start you out part time to see how you do. There is potential for full time and possibly a crew lead position coming available. We are small right now , but we are starting to grow significantly. Looking to form 2 crews some responsibility is a major concern for me right now. I need you to do what you say you can do and be trusted to be on your own job site, completing tasks and talking to customers. If you’re serious about obtaining this position, and growing with us as we become larger and more substantially involved in the community , providing customers with quality work, done right the first time.
