USA Hoist has nearly completed installation of one of our US-8000lb Dual cars at the Hyatt Hotel in Nashville, TN. We would like to thank Clark Construction for the opportunity to work with them on this exciting project.

USA Hoist is set to install 3 man-lifts on the Pendry Hotel on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. Each of these Hoists will be serving as the backbone of AECOM Hunts operations during construction of the hotel. This unique project will consist of 3 buildings stepping down a slope, each being different heights. The buildings will consist of luxury hotel rooms as well as luxury condos. USA Hoist would like to thank AECOM Hunt for the opportunity to perform the hoist work on this project. USA Hoist provides the best engineering and service in the industry and will do great work for AECOM Hunt. We will keep you posted as work begins on this project.

This week USA Hoist will be removing its US-80-R hoist from the 110 N. Carpenter Building in the West Loop of Chicago. This hoist has been on the project for 7/8 months and has served McHugh Construction and all the subcontractors in servicing all 9 floors and the roof. This project featured special landing tower and scaffold tower on the last 3 stops of the building. USA Hoist would like to thank McHugh Construction for the opportunity to perform the hoist work on this project. We look forward to future projects with McHugh.

USA Hoist has received the subcontract to install two dual hoists for Lendlease Group on the 160 Folsom project located in San Francisco. We are currently underway on preparing engineered drawings for this challenging project. USA Hoist will be installing a dual MEGA – 10,000lbs capacity man lift for the project located in the heart of San Francisco, California. When completed the residential tower will stand over 400’ tall. The tower presents many challenges not only for Lendlease Group but for the hoist/man lift supplier, as you can tell by the renderings and 3D drawings provided by USA Hoist. Each floor has a different profile causing the need for specially designed cantilevered landing and lookouts. The tower itself has a jagged uneven finish that spirals from the ground floor to the roof. USA Hoist specializes in these types of projects, which require out of the box thinking and ideas. USA Hoist is excited to show case these MEGA Hoists and special landing platforms. Please check back in for updates as this project gets underway.

USA Hoist installed another US-8000 lb dual cage construction hoist this past week in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. USA Hoist would like to thank KAST Construction for the opportunity to be a part of the Las Olas Project and their business. This hoist will be servicing 47 floors with a total tower height of 500ft. It will serve as the backbone of material and personnel transportation throughout the building. We are excited to watch this project progress. Please stay tuned for updates.
