Another deck in the books! We had a great time on this one and really enjoyed getting to know the homeowners. After dealing with all of the rot issues on the last deck they opted for the maintenance free Trex finish. It turned out great! I want to give a big shoutout to Skylar for saving the day on the triangle at the bench. Ol’ dad couldn’t get the angle right so I had to call in the smart fella to square me away. In the end it looked beautiful!

Here is the before and after of this monster deck. It got bumped out 2.5’ from the original depth, then added. 16’x12’ extension with an ADA compliant ramp as well as an elevator with enclosed, an awning over the elevator and a magnificent staircase diving into a paver landing. This was a fun project!

Stained wood is beautiful! This ceiling has turned out great, I really like the beam! The lumber for the ridge beam was pretty wonky so we boxed the beam in with the finish planks. The bottom plate floats from 1/4”-1/2” in different spots but we were able to make it look smooth. Most importantly, the customer is happy!
