🤢 This is what we like to call a “drain loogie!”

Yep… that nasty buildup came straight out of an HVAC drain line. 😳 This is exactly why routine HVAC maintenance is so important!

Over time, algae, slime, dirt, and debris can build up inside your condensate drain line, causing clogs, water backups, and potentially even water damage.

💡 Dr. P’s Tip: Occasionally pouring white vinegar into your condensate drain line can help reduce buildup and keep things flowing.

A little preventative maintenance can save you from a much bigger (and grosser 🤢) problem later!

Took a few minutes today to sit and reflect on just how blessed we are with the team we have and the trust our community places in us.

Weeks like these mean 115° attics, endless miles on the road, uniforms soaked through with sweat, 50+ calls a day, and doing everything we can to stay hydrated while serving our customers. It isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it.
