More exterior repairs, trim and paint.

I still dont understand why Builders continue to use Whitewood on everything. This isn't a single story track home. If you're a builder and you're putting Whitewood on a custom home like this, you're an idiot. As a contractor, customers trust us to point them in the right direction for Quality materials, especially when they matter. Some customers try and save wherever they can, but not on a home like this. This home was built 10 -12 years ago and the trim is extremely rotten. Some of these Builders need to do better.
Boral TruEx trim is a much better product for this location and quality of home. Whitewood is the worst for the Northwest region.
If you're using a cement based siding, you should be using a cement based trim or a synthetic.

Until then we'll keep removing trim and replacing with quality materials.
