Lake House Update

We shared this home during the early stages, back when it did not have a roof yet and was mostly beams. Since this is a big remodel, we wanted to circle back and give an update as the project continues to take shape.

There is something special about watching a home come together, especially when the setting is already this peaceful.

Let’s talk about budget for a minute.

A custom home or build project is a big investment, and we understand that every family has a number they are trying to stay within.

If you receive a quote from us and it comes in higher than expected, we want you to tell us.

That does not offend us. It helps us.

Sometimes we can walk through the quote and find areas to adjust. Sometimes we can simplify certain details, change selections, adjust porch or garage size, or talk through what is driving the cost.

And sometimes, we may have to be honest and say that what you are wanting cannot realistically be built within that number.

Either way, communication helps everyone make a better decision.
