plans, budget payment schedules, and will-call fuel delivery (see details under the “Fuel Oil Delivery” tab). Whatever option you choose, Cromwell Energy will deliver your oil promptly and professionally, and will always put the customer first. We also take pride in being there when you need us, and offer 24-hour emergency service to all of our oil and gas customers. Cromwell Energy Inc was founded in 1984 by Bud Spada and Tom Allessio. They built the business by delivering great service at fair prices to their customers. joined the management team in 2007, and became President in 2011.
