Douglas Barrels Pro-Staff Shooters Scott and John Armstrong recently hosted a successful community outreach shooting class in Arizona in support of the Buck Bednard Outdoor Foundation. It was a successful event drawing an impressive crowd of over 130 participants. The event focused on introducing first-time shooters to the essential fundamentals of safe and accurate rifle handling. By providing professional guidance in a controlled environment, Scott, John and the other volunteers helped newcomers overcome the intimidation factor often associated with fi****ms. Each attendee received hands-on instruction, ensuring they walked away with a solid foundation in marksmanship and a deep respect for safety protocols. This massive turnout highlights a growing interest in responsible shooting sports within the local community. With the help of our Pro-Staff Shooters John and Scott, Douglas Barrels continues to bridge the gap between industry expertise and public education, fostering a new generation of confident, safety-conscious shooters.

Originally we thought going to was going to be all work and no play. After the last night of the show our Pro-Staff Shooters Scott and John Armstrong invited us to their home range to shoot out to 1,783 yards at night with illuminated targets. Turned out to be the perfect way to close out the week and was a lot of fun. Thanks guys for hosting us and showing us exactly what a Douglas Barrel can do. Very impressive.
