Seized up inducer motor and wheel rusted apart in the middle of the night. Left the customer with several free rental space heaters for the rest of the evening and tomorrow morning right back to repair the issues. Stay warm everyone

Please don’t forget to have your hvac system maintenance done yearly as needed to help the air your unit is putting out is clean and healthy for your family to breathe in your castle and to lower the cost of your energy bills also prolong the life of your equipment.

Just to confirm we had two large fans in the crawlspace pulling out the dust through force of the fans and afterwards we blew out the entire crawlspace and did a sweep and wipe down before leaving the customers home. We also had protected tarps on both ends of the air handler to keep dust from entering the home and or other portion of the ductwork layout as well as shutting down the system to safely perform this task on the hvac system and water heater was done the same as a curtesy for the customer since it too was located in the crawlspace.
