This letter is both an endorsement of your products and an additional order. As you know, I live in Charlotte, NC and grow cold-hardy palms outdoors. I have been using your palm maintenance spikes, along with the manganese spikes, for about 15 years. I have been very pleased with the results on my windmill, sable minor, needle, and sago palms.
