❄️ Another AC repair completed!

We were called out for a 2009 Rheem air conditioning system that had completely stopped cooling. Upon arrival, we found that the condenser fan motor had failed and the outdoor unit was extremely dirty, restricting airflow.

We replaced the condenser fan motor, thoroughly cleaned the condenser coil, tested the system, and verified proper operation. The AC is now running normally and keeping the home cool again.
