Custom railing constructed by our very own James Thrush railing was constructed out of 2x4 construction lumber which you would never know. Alot of time, brain storming and sweat went into this job to make the area safer for a toddler. James did an amazing job and very happy to have him as part of the team.

Removed dirty old carpet in this nursing home and installed vinyl tile. It was a smaller nursing home and vinyl is what the customer could afford. It was put down with adhesive and triple sealed.

Last weekend job. Replaced over 50' of combination 4" cast/schedule 40 pvc pipe with schedule 40 pvc and added a cleanout., bypassing the concrete slab the old sewer drain was under. A shotty job previously done by a licensed plumber collapsed. Last 3 photos were an interesting find which was concealed by a concrete slab. What appears to be a cistern outside the home instead of under it. I finished the job at 1am and was unable to get photos of the finished job. (Permit pulled and approved)

City came to find us for a resident who couldn't afford a plumber. Had we not helped this person, their water would have been shut off. There was no record of the main drain layout. I tracked down the 3rd owner back who put the system in. It was nearly 200 foot. The main drain was snaked from the basement, which did not clear the problem. I dug up their main drain at the street, cut into the line, snaked it, blasted it, and installed a cleanout.

I don't post many of my jobs because I'm too busy helping others. I thought this was post worthy, in case someone has need. According to plumbers I've spoken with, it does not require a licensed plumber. It's considered a drain, not sewer, although it is the main waste line from the house.

Another satisfied customer. Keith and Christina. Furnace went out at 10 last night. I dropped everything and went to their home to replace their ignitor. Their family is sitting safe and warm now.
