We’re finished with framing on this remodel in midtown. Almost all the existing interior wall and window locations were changed. The previous room addition on the back of house had an 8’ ceiling height and shed roof. We raised the wall height to match the rest of the house (9’) and framed a new gable roof. Siding will go up next week 🏚🤠

Deck repair finished up in Alpharetta. Joist were in good shape so we saved them. New rim joist, 6x6 post, corrected post bases, 4x4 railing post, new stair case and 5/4 PT decking. 3.5 day turnaround.
