Same CW-23. Completely new under the hood.
If you've visited our booth before, you've seen the CW-23 in-motion checkweigher. It has been a fixture at our shows, and it's back again this year.
This year we're also bringing a second CW-23, built to show where we're headed:
🔹 Allen-Bradley controls throughout. As a Rockwell Automation Silver OEM PartnerNetwork member, we built this machine on the platform many plants already run and their maintenance teams already know. That means familiar hardware, familiar software, and cleaner integration into your line.
🔹 The new Hardy HI6850-DCWC weigh controller. This is Hardy Process Solutions' newest weigh controller, integrated into a proven AP Dataweigh checkweigher.
🔹 A redesigned rejection system, so out-of-spec product comes off the line reliably without slowing anything down.
