Some employers would envy us for this month’s key 🔑 contributor’s loyalty.

15+ years of service didn’t win this guy our Employee of the Month, but his work ethic did. Fudd has always been a behind the scenes 🎥 star player for our team. His hard work and years on our production lines still shine through to our workforce as he’s always helping 🫴new employees by showing tricks of the trade. Fudd is currently a great asset to our plant and Maintenance Team 💪 who goes above and beyond in task completion. When it needs done, they call on Fudd.

Our Maintenance Team is taking employee of the month by storm ⛈️ with back to back winners. 🏅

This month we’re proud to announce an outside the box 📦 thinker ❓.

Our electrician Tyler has been on the ballot 📝 month in and month out due to his hard work 💪 and a knack for getting things done. He’s been a great asset to our Team and we’re proud to have him aboard 🚂.

Tyler has been with us for around a year, but he’s had a huge impact on where we are today and where we will go in the future 🔝. Give Tyler his much needed congrats on this great accomplishment. ❗️ 🔥 🎉

Today we treated our workforce to a well deserved meal by getting in a local food truck at their request.

Several months ago we implemented a Safety Observation Program where employees are required to present a positive or negative type of Safety Observation. Since this implementation and great participation our facility has been able to remain accident free and raise our safety awareness by providing safety forward thinking.

We all hit an important milestone of 200 safe days worked so we decided a lunch was needed. Onward and upward to another reward in the future as it’s only up from here! Hats off to our workforce for participating and doubling down on their safety efforts.

The time is here to introduce another one of our key 🔑 contributors.

I would to introduce Shawn to Facebook-land. Shawn started his career with Mt. Savage as a Production worker and quickly grew into a Production Team Lead. His hard work 💪 and attention to detail made us consider Shawn for a move into our QA Lab 🥼 as a technician. ⬆️ Shawn has really shown his skills recently by helping us improve our quality metrics and working well conveying information between QA and Production 🤝.

An all hands on deck celebration 🎉 should be had for all of Shawn’s hard work and contributions to our company. We’d be lost without a guy like Shawn. 🍾

This is Matt. Matt has really stepped up in a big way recently 💪. With growth at our plant the need for rising stars⭐️ and motivated Team Members has never been stronger. We can’t measure 📏 the excitement we get whenever we see a worker step up and even voice 📢 their willingness step up and learn more 🧑‍🏫 📖.

We’re proud to say that Matt will be a huge part of successful growth in Curwensville for years to come.
