Leading automation machines provider Ultra Tech Machinery owns and operates two facilities in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. For over twenty years our management team operated a high-production machining facility. As the demands of the business grew, we found it increasingly difficult to find suppliers that could provide automation machines and equipment that met our requirements. Ultra Tech was formed in 1986 to design and build production and automation machines for the production facility. While initially started to only support our production needs, we eventually began supplying our services and equipment to other manufacturers. Today we specialize in:

Today, we’re throwing it back to our visit to the FANUC booth at IMTS 2026! 💪🤖

Our team has been an authorized FANUC integrator since 2001, designing and building custom automation cells for over 20 years. Project progress! 💪 Watching an automation project grow and take shape week after week is always exciting. This cell started with four FANUC robots on the floor, and now we’re up to 16 robots, with fencing, programming, integration work, and more happening as we move closer to completion.

The goal of this project was to create a standardized automation solution that the customer can essentially “copy and paste” across their machines for machine tending and inspection, while still allowing additional flexibility where each application requires it.

Standardize where you can. Customize where you need to. And build a solution that can scale with production.

We’re looking forward to continuing the progress and delivering the finished system to our customer.

It was great seeing so many of you at IMTS 2026! 💪

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Mahr booth to visit our team and see the automated inspection solution featuring the Mahr Mar4D PLQ shaft measurement system.
