Just a little recommendation to all our clients and friends.
It is very important to make sure your condensate drain is flushed and flowing properly. When you run your air conditioner it produces a lot of water. This water has to flow and leave the pan of your evaporator coil. If your drain clogs it will dump water all over your furnace. I have been on multiple calls this summer where this problem has occurred. It could do significant damage to your furnace.
Your AC condensate drain should be flushed at least twice a year.

Don’t forget to get your furnace serviced. This is only the beginnng of the cold weather. We are not the only company scrambling to keep up with this first blast of cold weather. Break downs can be expensive. We are here to prevent that.
