We're in full Isengard production mode getting ready for the Lexington Renaissance Fair less than 48 hours away!

I've never had to set up a literal production line in my own shop until today.

Making dozens of axes, glaves, and knives in just a few days is no easy task! But you'll have to come out to Masterson Station this Saturday and Sunday for the Lexington Renaissance Fair put on by Chaotic Good: Coffee, Comics, and Games and see what we've made. We'll be located near the Lexington Lycans Buhurt Club as their supporting armory.

P.S. We, in fact, did listen to the song from LOTR: The Two Towers where the orcs are working in the caverns of Isengard. You know the one đŸ˜‰

Happy 1 Year to our smithy!

The first pic was our start in a humble barn; an anvil, hand cranked forge, leg vice and a few tools.

1 year later we're in our own stand alone building cranking out medieval weapons, knives, utensils, home decor, and much more!

Dozens of fairs and hundreds of orders later we're still forging ahead (ha ha).

May Vulcan never let our fire go out, here's to many more years of work and satisfied customers!

I'm ecstatic to announce our forge is partnering with Bluegrass Buhurt to bring you Buhurt International weapons that meet both the Authenticity Committee and Safety requirements of the sport. As an intial offering I have three weapons that are finished and ready to ship!

Details:
Material: 4130 Blades (Tempered), 1026 Eyes (Tempered), Oak Hafts finished with boiled linseed oil.

Axe on the Left: Minimum One Hand, Open Beard. Body: Weight .646kg, Length 49.84cm, Blade: Length 10.6cm, Thickness 3mm, Striking Surface 9.3cm $125

Axe in the Middle: Maximum One Handed, Splitter. Body: Weight .960kg, Length 90.01cm, Blade: Length 10.5cm, Thickness 3mm, Striking Surface 8.5cm $145

Polearm on the right: Minimum Pole Arm, Ed Head. Body: Weight 2.348kg, Length 132.25cm. Blade: Length 3.7cm, Thickness 3cm, Striking Surface 14.9cm $185

Notes:
All weapons are slightly under weight so you can customize them how you like without going over specs. Striking surfaces were measured with a straight ruler and did not factor in any curvature, some slightly under striking faces may pass depending on the weapons checker and measuring device used.

Warranty:
These weapons are experimental. Not in the "I don't trust them" sense but more of a 'I'm going to be pestering you about how they held up after matches and what you would change about them'. I will repair or replace any weapon purchased from my shop free of charge in the first 90 days after purchase.

Edit: Update 13:37 JUL 8th. The polearm no longer passes BI AC and thus unavailable for use in the sport of Buhurt
