We cut the 2 bad ducts out, replaced the duct plenum with a new one wrapped with insulation. We installed a Splash Guard to prevent water from flowing from coil into plenum. Wealthier solution. Why didn't the other companies find these problems.

This video reveals 2 ducts that we're cut open for 5 years allowing the heat from the attic to flow into a hot wet duct plenum creating mold growth.
