This was a comment on my “Why Your Upstairs Is Hotter Than Downstairs” on YT and it demonstrates so beautifully why homeowners are afraid to ask questions and feel confused and vulnerable when it comes to managing their home.

Houston summers don't take holidays, though.

This photo was taken in an attic, where the temperature is even higher.

While most of us are trying to stay inside with a cold drink, Sampson is up there making sure other families can do exactly that.

If your AC has been struggling to keep up, making a new noise, or just not cooling the way it should, I'd much rather have someone look at it 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 than have your Fourth of July weekend interrupted by a breakdown.

This is an actual new system estimate from one of our customers.

The Daikin FIT Instant Rebate and CenterPoint Energy incentives stacked on this project, resulting in:

✔ $750 Daikin FIT Instant Rebate

✔ $705 CenterPoint Energy efficiency incentive

✔ $75 smart thermostat incentive

When we told our kids about starting this business, they were very excited. My son made this sign, with his sister’s help (more moral support than real help 😂) and presented it to my husband to put on the van.

Adé loved it and immediately put it up so he would always see it before he went in for a job. His reminder of who we’re doing all of this for.

Happy Father’s Day to my partner in business, and in life and the best dad.

Local 6'4" HVAC contractor discovers attic where he can stand upright. 🎉

People ask all the time how Sampson works in attics.

The answer is the same way every HVAC technician does: carefully, professionally, and with a lot more crawling than most homeowners would ever volunteer for.

But every now and then, he finds an attic like this one.

Room to stand.

Room to move.

No accidental head bumps.

Honestly, it's the HVAC equivalent of finding extra legroom on an airplane. 😂
