LSDP Manufacturing is looking to hire someone who aspires to find a career in the manufacturing and/or oil & gas industries. As a young, growing company that operates within the Oil & Gas and Defense industries, we are always seeking to add hardworking, loyal, and dedicated individuals to join our tight-knit team as we grow and reach new milestones. This Production Helper/Assistant position offers the unique opportunity to gain experience across many areas and learn multiple trades (CNC machining, welding, molding, sales, etc.) by displaying an unparalleled work-ethic, and creating value for the company. The ideal candidate will be mechanically minded with a focus on continuous improvement and a desire to be involved in many aspects of the manufacturing process. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must.

General responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Learning, operating, and maintaining machinery to provide support in all areas as needed.
• Keep finished components organized and moving along in the production process.
• Maintain a safe work environment free of hazards.
• Assist with the preparation of orders by deburring, cleaning components, and preparing shipments.
• Pull and document inventory parts to fulfill orders as they come in.
• Perform assembly work as needed.
• Assist Machinists and/or Molding Technicians as needed.
• Box and package orders per specification.
• Keep shop and all equipment clean and well organized.
• Deliver or pickup parts and/or orders using company vehicle.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay is negotiable and based on experience.

Position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday 6:30AM - 5:00PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.

LSDP Manufacturing is a young, growing manufacturing company specializing in the Oil & Gas and Defense industries. We are looking for a hardworking Shop Hand to join our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to learn multiple trades (CNC, welding, molding, etc.) while working in every department to keep things running smoothly. The opportunity comes with potential to promote quickly.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically minded with a focus on continuous improvement and a desire to be involved in many aspects of the manufacturing process. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must.

General responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Learning, operating, and maintaining machinery to provide support in all areas as needed.
• Keep finished inventory organized and conduct routine counts/audits.
• Debur, clean, and prepare finished machined or molded components for shipping.
• Preform Shipping & Receiving duties (build and pack boxes, load/unload pallets, etc.)
• Ensuring the shop and all equipment stay clean and well organized.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate or GED.
Must be able to lift 75lbs.
Must be able willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
